At Zapp Télé, we pride ourselves on offering customer service that rivals major tech brands. Our return and refund policy is built to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our company from abuse or misuse.

1. Devices (e.g., 4K Streaming Device)

  • All devices come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects or confirmed technical malfunctions.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products, subject to validation by our support team.

  • The device must be returned in its original condition, with all included accessories and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to a confirmed shipping error or product defect.

2. Subscriptions and Renewals

  • Subscription renewals are processed automatically within one hour of payment.

  • No refunds are issued for activated or used subscriptions, as these are digital services delivered instantly.

  • If you made a purchase in error (e.g., for the wrong account or device), please contact us within 24 hours of payment at support@zapptele.ca.

3. Return Authorization Procedure

  • All returns must be authorized in advance by our support team at support@zapptele.ca.

  • Returns without prior approval and an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.

  • Our support team will guide you through every step of the return process to ensure clarity and fairness.

4. Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for damage caused by misuse, device modification, or improper setup.

  • No refunds will be issued for delivery delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.
