Order Processing and Delivery Times
Shipping is included with all device purchases. Orders are processed promptly, typically within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery then takes between 4 and 7 business days, depending on your location in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, Europe, or the United States.

Service Renewals
Subscription renewals are processed automatically within one hour of payment confirmation. No physical shipment is required for renewals.

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues
If you have not received your device within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our team at: zapptele@zapptele.ca.
We will follow up with the carrier and take all necessary steps to resolve the issue.
